Administrative Coordinator - Reception Services Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Workplace team as an Administrative Coordinator - Reception Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing the front desk, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also be required to perform tasks such as organizing couriers and taxis, setting up boardrooms for external meetings, and arranging catering in line with our global standards. In addition, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and requests.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
  • To handle correspondence, including emails and letters
  • To maintain accurate records, including filing and data entry
  • To organize couriers and taxis, as well as arrange catering in line with our global standards
  • To set up boardrooms for external meetings and arrange logistics
