Administrative Coordinator

Join this dynamic team as an Administrative Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of applications within this department. Collaborate with various teams, both internally and externally, and contribute to the smooth workflow from allocation to issue.
- €34,304- €53,988 per annum (incremental scale) First point if new to public sector.
- Onsite for a minimum two days per week at offices.
- Monday-Friday, 35 hour week with eligibility for flexitime arrangements after six months.
- 2 Year contract initially
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial support to case administrators and managers, ensuring effective administration.
- Work closely with other teams to offer efficient administrative support.
- Utilise technology and internal systems for the timely processing of applications.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and European regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the Quality Management System and assist in developing and implementing licensing policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum two years of relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to engage with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high work volumes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database administration.
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment.
