Duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and functional
- Responding to emails and phone calls, and managing the main telephone line
- Updating databases and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records
- Preparing and managing documents and paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing various administrative tasks, such as report preparation and data entry
- Meeting the company's operational standards
This role requires:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical position
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Scheduling and diary management experience
- Excellent data entry skills
