Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of general office tasks while providing essential support to the General Manager (GM) and the affiliate leadership team.

The role involves coordinating administrative functions, overseeing office management, and facilitating efficient communication across the organisation. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Oversee general office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-supplied workplace.
  • Handle incoming post, manage complaints, device returns, and coordinate courier and taxi services.
  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, travel, and conference arrangements to ensure efficient time management.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and presentation preparation where required.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization by distributing key updates and supporting team-wide initiatives.

The role is office-based and part-time, with half a day on Tuesday - Wednesday and full days on Thursday-Friday.
