Director of Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing expert to lead our team of professionals assigned to Third Party Manufacture (TPM) contracts for small molecule products.

  • Negotiate comprehensive agreements and amendments with TPMs.
  • Develop and implement effective planning and material procurement strategies to efficiently supply TPMs with required materials.
  • Ensure seamless global logistics support all phases of the manufacturing agreement.
  • Maintain timely communication with TPMs in all aspects of the product agreement.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance and apply relevant metrics as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for TPM contracts.
  • Develop and update financial operating plans, long-range plans, and standard processes.
  • Coordinate routine management reviews and provide ongoing communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
  • 15+ years' experience in operations, including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
  • Progressively increased responsibility and performance as supervisor, department manager, and leader of diverse teams.
