We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Systems Specialist to join our team at University College Dublin (UCD) HR Services.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the management and operation of all aspects of the HR Information System (HRIS), as well as providing expert guidance and support on staffing, HR operations, and pensions related services.

You will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to develop and implement an operational plan that meets the needs of the university community.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the HR Helpdesk and responding to queries from staff and other stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to HR operations and systems
  • Providing training and support to staff on HR-related matters

This is a permanent position within UCD HR Services, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
