About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Civils Site Supervisor to oversee civils work activities onsite and ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for coordinating and supervising civils trades on-site.

  • Ensure health and safety standards are met and protocols on site are of the highest possible standard
  • Coordinate and supervise civils trades on-site
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Order materials as required
  • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • CSCS card holder
  • Valid Safe Pass
  • Experience in groundworks and drainage, working on live roads, traffic management, footpaths, concrete and kerbing
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, committed self-starter with proactive approach to problem solving
  • IT literate
  • Excellent site organisation skills
