We are seeking a talented Consumer Propositions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and developing new consumer propositions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end design, development, and launch of new consumer propositions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover customer needs, develop innovative solutions, and bring bold ideas to market.

Responsibilities
  • Developing New Consumer Propositions: Lead the design, testing, and launch of new consumer propositions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Apply design thinking, service design, and lean startup methods to uncover needs, test quickly, and co-create solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Design and run experiments, pilots, and customer testing to validate ideas and mitigate risks.
  • Agile Project Management: Use agile methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in proposition, product, or service design in a fast-paced consumer industry.
  • Strong Customer Focus: Ability to translate customer insights into differentiated propositions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Innovation Skills: Hands-on experience with innovation frameworks such as design thinking, lean startup, design sprints, and service design.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with experience in business case development, pricing, and partnerships.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
