As a Senior Propositions Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end proposition development and delivery across key areas. This includes Commercial, Finance, Technology, Direct & Indirect Channels, while meeting our contractual and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities include defining and delivering initiatives within the consumer business to drive growth and evolve our customer offerings. You will also stand as a central point of communication for all New Proposition queries, ensuring customer needs are understood.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to digest multiple sources of information and build on existing platforms/capabilities. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential.
