Key Responsibilities:">
  • Act as the central point of communication for all New Proposition queries, ensuring customer needs are understood, prioritizing the right initiatives, and defining clear plans to deliver them.
  • Maintain a customer-centric and curious mindset, focusing on long-term trends.
  • Stay informed about the competition's customer offerings and recommend how to best respond, creating a point of difference.
  • Develop and deliver new proposition development and execution candidates for the NPD roadmap, collaborating closely with the wider team.
  • Manage and handle escalations for any issues, risks, or concerns related to the delivery of the new propositions.
  • Lead the new proposition development, design, business case approvals from senior stakeholders.

This role requires a customer-centric and curious individual with strong communication skills, who can lead the end-to-end proposition development and delivery across Commercial, Finance, Technology, Direct & Indirect Channels, while meeting key contractual and regulatory obligations.
