About the Role

The National College of Ireland is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Community Families National Data Quality Officer. This is a fixed-term, full-time role for one year. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Community Families National CRM system and coordinating national monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the Community Families National CRM system in collaboration with Enclude and local Community Families sites.
  • Supporting local Community Families sites in using the CRM system to input, analyze, upload, and report data at local and national levels.
  • Collecting, collating, and validating qualitative and quantitative data using the Community Families CRM system and other methodologies.
  • Preparing and maintaining records, testing data, and providing information for stakeholders.
  • Ensuring alignment of the Community Families outcomes framework with national developments.

Requirements:
  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience in using CRM systems.
  • Excellent research, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, EvaSys, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research.
