National Community Families Senior Coordinator

The National College of Ireland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of National Community Families Senior Coordinator. This is a key position within our organisation, and we are looking for someone who can provide leadership and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of the Community Families Programme nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Community Families Programme;
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve programme objectives;
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Tusla, HSE, ABC Programme, National Healthy Childhood Programme, and other relevant programmes;
  • Collaborate with the National Oversight and Support Group, Tusla National Home Visiting Manager, and Data Officer to ensure effective programme delivery.

Key Attributes

We are looking for someone who has:
  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification;
  • Experience of programme coordination, including project management and stakeholder engagement;
  • Knowledge of family support services and home visiting programmes;
  • An understanding of organisational change and strategies to support it;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Contract Details

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for one year, subject to funding. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including annual leave and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
