Engineering Program Lead

As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead the development and launch of new products across the globe. This is a highly visible and impactful role that requires strategic planning, tactical execution, and strong communication skills.
About the Role- Lead the Extended Operations Team to ensure on-time and on-budget performance through the new product development cycle.
- Champion the Voice of Operations and drive planning and execution to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment between operations and core team functions.
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Predictive LBM's, Predictive RTY's, Capacity Planning & BOM Readiness.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale new product development programs.
