Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of projects that meet the highest standards for both our clients and stakeholders. This individual will oversee project execution, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading projects with confidence and ensuring compliance with contracts and governance.
  2. Maintaining the highest quality standards and integrity throughout each project.
  3. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
  4. Managing communications with all stakeholders and keeping them informed.
  5. Identifying and managing risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  6. Coordinating all aspects of project delivery.
  7. Providing regular progress reports to keep everyone updated.
  8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with third parties and vendors.
  9. Developing detailed project plans for clients and internal teams.
  10. Oversseeing project delivery, ensuring smooth progress from design to construction.
  11. Keeping Directors and clients informed of financial and construction milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong initiative and a problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to handle various responsibilities as they arise.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude that contributes to a team environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are key in this role.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to take direction and act quickly.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • A relevant Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field.
