Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the design, construction, commissioning, and handover of Mechanical, Electrical and Process upgrade works at a Wastewater Treatment facility.

  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers, safety personnel, and M&E installation personnel.
  • Represent project interests at client meetings and participate in project coordination meetings.
  • Develop and encourage a culture of innovation and initiative among all HSQE staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience and suitable qualifications within the Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering disciplines. Key skills include proficiency in PC skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, strong engineering and analytical problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and be challenged in the water and wastewater industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Implement and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet project goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
