Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

This role is responsible for supporting various operational and logistical activities. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in leading RFQ activities, conducting in-depth analysis, and producing clear reports to inform decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:
  • RFQ Management: Lead RFQ activities in Ocean, Air, Road, and Parcel freight, conducting thorough analysis and producing high-quality reports.
  • Supplier Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through regular communication, ensuring excellent service delivery and ongoing KPI management.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, including all procurement activities.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Create comprehensive reports and analyze data to monitor carrier performance, identify trends, and optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Logistics Analysis: Conduct detailed logistics analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Global Shipping Support: Provide day-to-day support for cross-functional queries related to Teleflex shipments globally, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon transit times and resolving issues promptly.
  • Rate Accuracy: Ensure up-to-date rates are communicated to the TMS Operations Manager in a controlled and timely manner.
  • Transport Governance: Implement strict governance and process controls to ensure the accuracy of transport-related data in the TMS.
  • Control Tower Support: Provide assistance to the Control Tower as needed, focusing on day-to-day operations, data maintenance, updating, and validation.
  • Contract Management: Work to continuously improve contract management systems within the TMS software for enhanced visibility and tracking.
  • EDI Integration: Ensure best-in-class EDI integrations with carriers are understood, validated, and implemented as part of all carrier contracts.
  • Administrative Requirements: Complete all logistics administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
