The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of commercial projects, overseeing all aspects of construction processes. This includes coordinating the supply chain and site management, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing and coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and overall Works Requirements.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractor weekly progress meetings, workshops, and follow-through with planned actions.
- Contributing to the strategic and production planning team, updating progress reports and productivity reports.
- Reviewing, maintaining, and controlling site records and contemporaneous records relating to works, installation, materials, and labour.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, designers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, conducive to securing future work.
- Taking responsibility for personal development and training for technical, Health & Safety to meet both external and internal demands.
To excel in this role, you will need relevant experience managing construction projects, expertise in digital and visual presentations, and outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
