  1. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's business requirements
  2. Create job postings that accurately reflect the position's responsibilities and qualifications
  3. Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  4. Screen and shortlist qualified candidates
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for the position
  6. Extended job offers and negotiate terms of employment

Candidate Experience:

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes

  • Identify opportunities for career development and growth
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance

Requirements:

  • Third level education in a discipline pertinent to Human Resources
  • Strong working knowledge of operations, quality and supply chain management with an understanding of finance
  • Strong working knowledge on HR processes
  • Initiative and a planned and ordered approach to work
  • A positive and outgoing disposition is essential
  • Participate in improvement teams and activities

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (CIPD or similar)
