**Responsibilities**
As a Director of Global Facilities Management, you will be responsible for leading and implementing facilities operations and projects for our Analytical Services Division (ASD) in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing facilities operations at our CRG ASD sites in EMEA & APAC
- Leading the implementation, coordination, and delivery of facilities services across ASD sites
- Directly managing facilities managers and teams in both regions
- Closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under pressure.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic facilities management plans, including but not limited to: site security, preventative maintenance, contract management, space management, janitorial and reception services, etc.
