We are seeking an experienced Group Project Manager to lead high-profile projects that drive business growth and support strategic objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering major development and capital projects.">
  • Preparing and presenting business cases and proposals, from concept through to approval.">
  • Planning projects from start to finish: budgets, timelines, resources, and key performance indicators.">
  • Coordinating teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver on time and within budget.">
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring project outcomes meet expectations.">
  • Overseeing multiple projects at once, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.">
  • Driving improvements in project management processes and mentoring managers in best practices.">
  • Creating clear reporting tools and dashboards to keep leadership up to speed on progress.">
  • Supporting wider business growth by identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.">

Requirements:

">
  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, or related) with Project Management qualifications.">
  • At least 10 years' experience, including 4+ years in project management within food, agriculture, engineering, or construction.">
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.">
  • Strong communicator who can work at senior leadership and board level.">
  • Comfortable managing diverse teams, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.">
  • Skilled in project management software and confident working with data and key performance indicators.">
  • Problem solver, proactive, and able to adapt to changing demands.">
