Job Title:

A Junior Legal Professional is sought to gain invaluable work experience and develop essential competencies required to thrive in a legal department.

This role provides an opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to support the legal team, working closely with colleagues in Ireland.

The successful candidate will gain a core understanding of operations, develop knowledge and skills needed to excel in the legal profession, and hone their legal, technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the legal team as required
  • Review and/or prepare draft non-disclosure agreements
  • Review supplier standard terms and conditions of sale/supply
  • Review customer contracts
  • Provide advice on contract management
  • Assist with drafting agreements and amendments to agreements
  • Document preparation and administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Graduate with law degree or other relevant qualification
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Capacity to work well under pressure
