Senior Hardware Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of hardware manufacturing and servicing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of product and hardware asset management activities.
- Manufacturing Transfer: Lead the transfer of new and existing products from design to production, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery.
- Field Service: Develop and implement field service capabilities, including installation, servicing, and repair of LUMA Vision products onsite at clinical sites and third-party repair centers.
- Quality Management: Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and other relevant standards for medical devices by managing quality processes, including NCMRs, CAPAs, supplier monitoring, audits, risk management, and internal controls.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a technical leadership position within the medical device industry.
You will also need to possess excellent analytical, decision-making, organizational, communication, interpersonal, managerial, and leadership skills.
