Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee multiple projects from planning to completion. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of project managers, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of project schedules, interfaces, costs, variations, contracts, and risks.
  • Development of project execution plans, aligning with industry standards and methods.
  • Effective management of project relationships, including liaison with stakeholders.
  • Leadership of team performance, ensuring implementation of suitable project management techniques and metrics.
  • Detailed resourcing planning for project delivery under senior project manager remit.
  • Technical and contractual support for project managers in day-to-day operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Standards & Metrics:
  • Maintaining responsible/accountable/consulted/informed task trackers.
  • Coordination and management of technical teams, design consultants, and external service providers.
  • Organizing and communicating design acceptance and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monthly reporting on project tasks and lifecycle events.
  • Risk register maintenance and update at monthly progress meetings.
  • Improvement identification of project management procedures, templates, and products.
Additional Requirements:
  • Review and acceptance of project submissions.
  • Mutual trust and cooperation in line with industry requirements.
  • Communication and issue documentation as per contract specifications.
  • Management of compensation events for fair contractor compensation.
  • Assessment of payment after each assessment interval.
