Job Opportunity

This is a day rate contract located in Dublin. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will provide technical support and administration for Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Office 365 systems efficiently.
  • Provide Level-1 technical assistance with minimum of four years' experience.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks, including user creation, password resets, and account removals/transfers effectively.
  • Utilize a Helpdesk system for logging, monitoring, and escalating calls, as well as communicating solutions to the team.
  • Address local desktop issues related to software, network connectivity, printing, and PC performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of four years' experience working in a Level-1 Helpdesk Role.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Helpdesk systems.
  • Local desktop expertise.
