Senior Business Analyst - Fintech Service Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the financial services industry, leveraging your expertise in business analysis, software applications, and vendor management to drive business outcomes.

In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers, as well as provide expert advice on business processes and technology solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers
  • Provide expert advice on business processes and technology solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related Business / Technology qualifications
  • At least 3 years commercial experience in the Financial Services, Fintech, or Software Applications service delivery area
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
