We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train and schedule staff to ensure adherence to standards and policies in a positive work environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies and maintain budgets effectively to ensure the availability of necessary cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Implement and maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely room turnover.
  • Develop and enforce housekeeping procedures and policies, including safety protocols and eco-friendly practices, to uphold the hotel's reputation and standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a minimum of 2-year experience at manager level in a busy hotel environment.
  • Provides superb guest service and has excellent people skills.
  • Has good knowledge of both written and spoken English.
  • Can multi-task and be willing to help where required in all areas of the hotel.
  • Has excellent communications skills and can work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Is available and flexible for early starts and late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.
