Hotel Housekeeping Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. As a key member of the hotel's operations, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards in the hotel.
  • Train new team members to enhance their confidence and provide ongoing guidance and support.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to maintain high levels of customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Regularly inspect rooms to optimize stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Distribute room assignments and monitor productivity to meet targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience in housekeeping supervision or leadership roles within a hotel environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel setting and adapt to changing priorities.
