The Role:

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our Front of House team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Reception, ensuring high levels of customer service and standards are delivered consistently.

About the Position:

A Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards, supervising and training Receptionists, and assisting with payroll and personnel databases.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer service and standards are delivered consistently

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Reception

  • Supervise and train Receptionists

  • Assist with payroll and personnel databases

  • Maintain employee discipline and relations during shifts

  • Provide regular feedback to the Front of House Manager on staff performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
