Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Reduction: Drive cost reduction initiatives through process streamlining and system modification.
  • Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts for the campus, analyzing trends and metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. At least 10 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in hardware or electronics, is also necessary. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
