Associate Director, Employee Relations

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to join our team in Ireland. As part of our international employee relations team, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support on a range of employment matters.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on international employment issues, including performance management, investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, reorganizations, and leaves of absence. You will also work closely with HR partners and people leaders to develop and implement sound employment solutions.

As an Associate Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to the development of our ER processes, knowledge, and metrics. You will also be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.

About the Role
  • Provide subject matter expertise on international employment issues, including performance management, investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, reorganizations, and leaves of absence.
  • Work closely with HR partners and people leaders to develop and implement sound employment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of ER data to identify trends and develop insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in employee relations, preferably in a global organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and provide strategic advice.
  • Experience with ER case management systems, preferably ServiceNow.
