Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our AI and Machine Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive complex projects forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, communicating technical requirements to stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery. Experience in AI/ML project management is essential, as well as the ability to quickly understand technical designs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical decisions across multiple teams and locations
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, product, design, data analytics, and product marketing teams to turn opportunities into actionable outcomes
  • Influence teams and drive alignment among stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager in AI/ML projects
  • Solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges, and risks
  • Experience breaking down complex problems and driving decision making
