Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on BMS Systems (Upgrades), BMS Systems (Planned Preventative Maintenance), and Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Develop and program control strategies for energy-efficient building operations, and Prepare Functional Design Specification (FDS) and Detailed Design Specification (DDS) from the User Requirement Specification (URS)
  • Integrate BMS with other building systems, conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging, and provide technical support and maintenance for existing BMS installations
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to meet project specifications, prepare detailed documentation, and stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and regulations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control theory
  • Experience with BMS software platforms like Siemens Desigo, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or Johnson Controls
  • Proficiency in industry protocols
