Ultrasound Opportunity: Enhance Your Career as a Sonographer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sonographer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, with specializations in MSK, DDH or paediatrics. This role is based in our Dun Laoghaire clinic for 32 hours a week, preferably across three days.
This is an excellent opportunity for career progression or a new challenge for a Clinical Specialist Sonographer. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of policies, protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical, technical and radiographic developments in sonography and promote awareness of new advancements.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and safety of clinical areas for all ultrasound services and clinics.
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules and incident reporting policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care by treating each patient with courtesy, kindness, efficiency, efficacy and confidentiality.
- Report equipment problems promptly to the USM and notify the clinic manager of any service delays.
- Contribute to policy, protocol and guideline development and implementation.
Requirements:
- CORU registration.
- Master's degree in Ultrasound or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant clinical sonography experience with ability to perform various sonographic exam types.
