Job Title: Strategic Human Capital Partner

 

The role of the Strategic Human Capital Partner is to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human capital management.

This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, as well as managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

As a Strategic Human Capital Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to senior leaders and managers in their roles, including advising on talent management and succession planning.

You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with human capital, and ensuring that the organization's human capital strategy is aligned with its overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human capital management

  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

  • Support senior leaders and managers in their roles, including advising on talent management and succession planning

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with human capital

  • Ensure that the organization's human capital strategy is aligned with its overall business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level 8 bachelor's degree or above or equivalent experience

  • Demonstratable experience working in a fast-paced environment with 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering

  • Experience working in manufacturing organizations desirable

  • Knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices

  • Ability to provide employee relations, union/labor relations, works council, and mergers and acquisition support to managers and employees

  • Experience working in global or international organizations
