**Job Description:**

  • As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by providing expert HR support to management and employees.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR partnering, with experience in employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, and talent management.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice to management, developing and implementing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also work closely with other HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, and compensation and benefits, to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Level 8 bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR business partnering, with a strong track record of delivering results and building effective relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
