Lead the drive in energy and sustainability initiatives at a leading biotech facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote energy awareness and sustainability culture site-wide
  • Monitor, analyze, and report energy consumption and sustainability metrics
  • Develop and execute energy efficiency projects aligned with corporate goals
  • Collaborate across teams to embed energy and sustainability practices
  • Facilitate training and communication on energy conservation
  • Ensure compliance with energy regulations and corporate policies
Electrical Engineer Support:
  • Support electrical project upgrades, modifications, and PM builds
  • Lead electrical design reviews, troubleshooting, and safety compliance
  • Optimize electrical systems for energy efficiency and reliability
  • Maintain electrical documentation and assist with vendor coordination
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a related field
  • 4 years experience in electrical engineering and energy management in industrial settings
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in energy data analysis and electrical design
  • Knowledge of energy management systems, sustainability frameworks, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
