
Mathematical Modeller Financial Risk Specialist

As a quantitative analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial risk models. Key requirements include a strong understanding of mathematical modelling and financial risk software, as well as knowledge of different types of financial products and risks in the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing validation reports for financial risk models including derivative valuation models, risk measurement models, and behavioural models.
- Collaborating with model developers and stakeholders to track validation actions to completion.
- Providing quantitative support to the wider financial risk team.
- A degree in an analytical discipline, such as mathematics or physics.
- Completion of a professional qualification, such as PRM or CFA.
- Work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on financial risk models.
- Coding experience in Python or R.
