We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage company banking accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely payments.
  • Prepare and submit VAT and other tax returns in accordance with regulations.
  • Process invoices and maintain organized files for future reference.
  • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies to prevent financial losses.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and billing processes to ensure prompt payment.
  • Manage meeting notes, diaries, and office administration tasks with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
