Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious lawyer to join our Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to work with leading market participants, domestic and international, on debt capital market issuances and structured finance matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, technical and drafting skills, as well as high level of commercial and business awareness.

  • Acting for clients in the debt capital markets and structured finance sector.
  • Providing legal and commercial expertise.
  • Engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be a recent law graduate or have up to 3 years post qualification experience in a corporate law firm. They will have:

  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills
  • High level of commercial and business awareness
  • Calm and measured approach to problem solving
