Bid Coordinator Job Description

The role of Bid Coordinator is a vital part of our team, responsible for preparing and coordinating public and private sector tenders and bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate all aspects of tender submissions, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
  • Research and collate data for Business Development presentations, including market analysis and competitor information.
  • Take part in presentations and client meetings, showcasing the company's expertise and building relationships.
  • Engage with Key Accounts and generate leads for new business opportunities.

Experience and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the consultancy sector or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and Tender Portals, such as eTenders, to manage and track bid submissions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word packages to create professional and error-free documents.
