Technical Pre-Sales Specialist - Microsoft Business Applications

Are you a highly skilled and certified Technical Pre-Sales Specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role based remotely and onsite in either our Dublin/Belfast or UK office.

Job Description:

This is a technical pre-sales specialist position that requires the ability to translate business challenges into innovative technical solutions. As a key member of our sales and technical teams, you will work collaboratively to deliver optimal solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Possess in-depth knowledge and certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and the Power Platform.
    • Stay updated on the latest product releases and industry trends.
  • Solution Design and Proposal Development:
    • Work closely with the technical team to design tailored solutions that address client needs and align with our capabilities.
    • Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) and prototype solutions to showcase functionality and feasibility.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and needs assessment.
    • Conduct client workshops and consultations to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Business Applications, such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales role within the Microsoft ecosystem.
