**Job Opportunity: Site Operations Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our team in Co. Waterford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setting out of works, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with project specifications and building regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting out and checking works as required for the project
  • Liaising and managing sub-contractors and personnel on site
  • Supporting the Project Manager/Contracts Manager to ensure works are completed as per programme
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an engineering role
  • Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint
