Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support quality assurance activities on our live project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain the project's Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to verify adherence to established protocols.
  • Support the preparation and review of quality documentation including procedures, manuals, and reports.
  • Record and report non-conformances, participate in root cause analysis, and assist in corrective actions implementation.
  • Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are understood and met.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience or exposure to quality assurance/control in construction is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills are necessary for this role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
