Expert Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales or recruitment. Experience working in agency recruitment or in sales is desirable but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing candidates through advertising, search, and networking
  • Interviewing, selecting, and assessing candidates
  • Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality candidates. You will also be responsible for preparing candidates and clients for interview, ensuring all information is kept up to date, and completing all candidate and client information on our database system.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years previous sales or recruitment experience
  • Proven experience of working in agency recruitment or in sales, but we are open to ambitious people with other backgrounds who are willing to learn
