About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Horticulturalist or Retail Manager with a strong background in horticulture to lead a team of 12 employees and deliver exceptional customer service and plant care in the garden centre. This role involves managing daily operations, driving sales, and implementing sales strategies to enhance the visual merchandising and presentation of the store.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of horticulturalists and sales assistants.
  2. Oversee daily operations to ensure a high standard of customer service and plant care.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and seasonal product planning to drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes to maintain a vibrant and well-stocked retail space.
  5. Provide expert advice to customers on plant care, gardening products, and seasonal selections.
  6. Manage budgets and sales targets to drive business growth.

What We Offer:
