Building Services Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Buidling Services Engineer to join our team in Dublin.

This role involves designing, managing and coordinating the production of all building services systems, including HVAC, utilities, plumbing and fire protection for large-scale projects.

  • Design and manage the production of building services systems for large-scale projects.
  • Lead the design from concept to handover.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and develop our design capability.
  • Attend design team meetings and conduct onsite inspections.

You will work closely with our team members to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with designers, clients, and contractors.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years' experience in the design of building services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the pharmaceutical or allied sectors.
  • Competency in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo.
  • Honours degree (NFQ Level 8 for Ireland) preferably in building services or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment.
  • Chartered Engineer preferred.
