About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing all hard services on site, both electrical and mechanical, and overseeing technicians, subcontractors, and service lines. You will also provide performance reports and manage daily operations to ensure outstanding service and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FM services across the healthcare campus, ensuring outstanding service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Oversee technicians, subcontractors, and service lines, providing performance reports and managing daily operations.
  • Manage P&L for contracts, ensuring confidentiality and financial integrity.
  • Build strong relationships with the client and supply chain partners, conducting regular meetings to address concerns and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prioritize and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, working with the QEHS team.
  • Administer contracts in line with obligations, generating reports for the commercial team.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador and contribute to business growth.

What Skills You Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years FM healthcare experience with strong knowledge of HTMs, SLAs, SOPs, and HIQA requirements.
  • Trade background, with technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems regarding maintenance/FM.
  • Background in maintenance or small project delivery, managing financial and budgetary control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and FM/Building services. Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
