Job Overview:

The General Data Protection Regulation was introduced to standardize and strengthen data privacy rights.

As a key public utility, the company collects and processes large volumes of customer, employee, and business partner data.

This role aligns with our strategic objective of empowering customers through trust building, a core value.

You will be responsible for supporting the DPO and Governance Manager in maintaining data protection compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Group Data Protection Office in SARs and breach management.
  • Stakeholder engagement by supporting the DPO in external regulator interactions and internal projects.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in group functions including Legal, Procurement, Cyber Security, Data Management, and Governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years' experience, ideally 2-3 years' specialist Data Protection or related experience.
  • Aptitude towards IT and Business Process design.
  • Experience with regulatory project execution.

Work Environment:

This position will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
