Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Residential Property Administrator to oversee the administration of our residential developments. The successful candidate will ensure that all developments are managed efficiently and effectively.

The Residential Property Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administration of all developments, ensuring timely responses to client queries via various channels, reviewing and managing credit control issues, liaising with Operations Department on development work, liaising with Accounts department on audited accounts, liaising with Senior Office Administrator on insurance policies, completing requests for Requisitions 37 and membership certificates, preparing reports for Clients and Senior Management Team, attending AGMs and other meetings after office hours, operating and monitoring SLA's for Management Companies, conducting site visits as prescribed by individual SLA's, overseeing project work required by Directors/Developers/Committees, preparation and oversight of budget and expenditure control, coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments and directing support staff, monitoring work completion according to schedule and quality, representing the Company to the Board of Directors/Developers, reviewing and interpreting goals and objectives to resolve problems and make recommendations.

Requirements:

  • PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility
  • Degree-qualified with proven management experience in property industry
  • At least 3 years' experience in management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance and operations
  • Proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with MUD legislation
