About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Employee Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information, and possess strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Track completion of onboarding steps, enhance the experience of new colleagues joining the company, and ensure all electronic files are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Timesheet Administration: Compile notes, track changes, and administer company-wide timesheets to ensure accurate and timely weekly submissions.
  • Fleet Administration: Support fleet administration activity and ensure all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Payroll Coordination: Assist with payroll coordination, including drafting offers of employment and managing employee data in HRIS.
  • Exit Interviews: Record and monitor exit interview completion.
  • Support to HR Team: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including expense administration and coordination of company events.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Associate membership of CIPD desirable.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in HR or office administration.
  • Knowledge of HR administrative processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with payroll and timesheet administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
